Holly Hatton, M.s., is a professional researcher and evaluator working for the Northern California Training Academy at the University of California, Davis. She has 9 years of experience designing and conducting evaluations of communitybased programs that serve children, families, and communities. She also maintains a career in academic research related to child and family development. Ms. Hatton uses her experience in basic research to inform her design and analysis of applied evaluation studies and vice versa. In addition, she has extensive knowledge of child welfare services and has trained child social workers and child care providers in infant-parent mental health topiCS.
